Naomi replies on Sep 7, 2019:
@RemiDallaire, @Boardwine Now you mention it, that's right. I wasn't following the palaver all that closely, but she really went over the top, cursing and all that, didn't she? I believe that she encouraged others to leave IDW with her and chuckpo was one of them - he was on her side. He decided to stay, but now he's gone after lamenting the forum, apparently. They both took it all too seriously IMO.
I'm going to be honest.

Hello. I admire your commitment. But, would you be willing to lay your life down even if someone threatened you that they're gonna burn your house down and kill you and your family? You would surely disapprove of such a threat, But assuming that you would say that threats are part of freedom of speech, would you still be able to defend to the death their right to threaten you...? I know I couldn't. I would call the police immediately in an attempt to stop the threat.

@DanMartinovich, @WilyRickWiles Say, you noticed that someone was saying on social media he/she was going to burn your house down and kill you and your family. Does that mean the the threatener had his/her free speech right deprived? What is your definition of free speech "absolutism"?

"I would posit that inter racial marriage acceptance is probably only really seen in the British Empire." Actually, that's a good point. I would even extend that to European colonisation. I don't hear Brits talk about people in mixed-race marriages in a derogatory manner (though my experience may be different from others' in the UK). I imagine that people in my grandparents' generation would have disapproved of mixed-race marriage, but not in this day and age where people move around the world more and settle in different countries, which is quite normal. So, people like the woman in the video would have to understand the Bible better. Education is the key.

Hello. I find this piece of information useful regarding gun control in different countries including the US and the UK. https://www.cfr.org/backgrounder/us-gun-policy-global-comparisons As for knife crimes in London, it's complicated but it is said to be gang war-related. Also, while it is statistically evident that there is a connection between knife violence and the black community, some are against "stop & search" on black people by the police, which I think is an effective strategy, but it's apparently racist. I believe that since the time of Tony Blair as Prime Minister, there has been a strong emphasis on going to university and get degrees. That's me buying on impulse and being greedy, i.e., selfish, not seeing the consequences clearly like I don't have enough room to store all the breads (they will go stale and mouldy and eventually wasted) and the others in the village will have to go without bread for some time. Meanwhile, the baker made a lot profit in a flash because of me. How would my action and the baker's profit affect the village economy? Would that be about my immoral behaviour rather than about the village economy, i.e., I will probably be kicked out of the village and that's the end of it? Lol
