There is an important piece of footage missing here. I’m not sure why he was removed from the first vehicle and brought to the sidewalk unless it has to do with it being related to “Park Police”? On the other hand this guy is shown only reluctantly cooperating as they move him across the street and then some sort of altercation breaks out. When the bystander says they should put him in the car, the officer notes tgat they tried to do that for “...10 minutes ...” I didn’t see any part of that. I don’t know what kind of restraint that officer on his shoulders and neck thought he was using ... or why ... and I can see where it looks like its deliberately ignorant but ... Floyd is doing an awful lot of talking ... at volume ... for someone who “can’t breathe”. I think the missing footage of him resisting getting into the car is important. On the other hand, did anyone notice how small the officer looks next to Floyd?

Well ... although you can’t see much of it, the entire surrounding area seems to consist of relatively bare rock. This indicates that most of that topsoil went ... somewhere else. Here in the USA I’ve known lots of people who have bought and built on what is an obvious flood plain. A friend of mine, who is not particularly athletic, bought one of those serious, heavy duty, “fighting kites”. We went down to the oceanside on a windy day and I watched him set this thing up as I worked my way through a couple Grolsch Beers and shared a bone with him. Finally it was all set up and I worked to hold this pretty massive kite looking thing relatively still as he stepped off into the wind to tighten the cords. He hollered; “Let it go!!!” It rose in a perfect arch until it was directly above him and then it kept going up ... about 12 feet with him dangling underneath it in the air ... then it took off! It slammed him to the ground, dragged him some hundred feet or so, everything came to a sudden stop when he fetched up hard against the breakwater. The kite, unable to defeat the friction caused by the breakwater, described a perfect arch to the ground and hit hard. I walked over and opened another Grolsch and offered it to him as he tried to pull himself back together. I never saw that kite again ... and he can’t remember what happened to it. Today we laugh about it when it comes up ... but that took a few years. I never really understood the mystique or thrill of kites ... But ... I bet that thing coulda taken down some Pretty Bodacious Birds!!!

Actually, while you’re right for the most part, I think the problem you are seeing is more a case of most people either don’t consider that they’re “debating” or, more likely, have never learned How to Debate. The other problem is that a lot of people aren’t sure how to converse without ongoing and continual feedback so their responses might START “on track” but pretty quickly go “off the rails”. Further, many people start from a Hard Mind Set and are not flexible enough to try to see it from another point of view. When I was a kid ... and now as an adult with “certain” adults ... we used to debate a topic for a period of time from one point and then, “Flip” to debate it from the other point ... nobody likes the concept of changing sides or their minds anymore even though looking at things that way can reveal a lot of surprising answers ...

Since I reached the age of “majority” I don’t take “vaccinations in general. The US Military pretty much shot me up for everything under the sun but, since then ... Personally, the only vaccination I’ve taken willingly is tetanus... I will take passport/travel related “required” vaccinations prior to going certain places ... Otherwise, I’m not on board with taking vaccinations that are “knee jerk” reactions to things. So far, despite everyone acting like the Black Death has arrived, the actual numbers of people “contracting” the CCP Virus (aka COVID19) is an incredibly small percentage of the population ... even in the “hot spots” ... the actual number of people dying of it is a percentage number preceded by a decimal point and a couple zeroes. Where in many situations I can see where radical “Anti ...” thought (aka Bigotry) could be actually a problem as in, being used to whip up resentment and physical reaction, in a forum such as this, there should be no need to censor it out ... On the other hand, there are many different types of people who deliberately put themselves outside the “Social Norm” ... for many different reasons ... Faith, Religion, Social Preference, Thought Processes to mention a few. If these people put themselves “outside” and make it obvious it should come as no surprise when the ever present nascent “mob” is looking for a “Point of Contention” that they should be targeted. While total integration is “safer”, being, and daring to be “different” ... in ANY way ... is a Personal Choice and Personally fulfilling. Like anything, there is a “Price” to be paid for being “different” (I have paid this price several times in several different ways as I am “different” in several different ways) If you CHOOSE to be “different” you should be careful about complaining that “not different” people notice. Its kind of disheartening that someone has to put out a video like this but it might be more important for someone to put out a video about what an “Oath” is ... what “Taking an Oath” ... MEANS. Too many people “Take Oaths” of one sort or another and simply DO NOT Listen to, or Contemplate, the Words coming out of their mouths. Usually its a case of somebody telling them “Repeat After Me ...” I think ... though I understand the problems it might create when several people are “Taking an Oath” ... that EVERY PERSON “Taking the Oath” should be Required to Memorize the Oath and Recite (Take) the Oath by THEMSELVES with NO Prompting or Assistance. At LEAST Once in their lives, they should be required to Actually Know WHAT They are Reciting. How can you help? Good question. I can’t address this right now ... I’m making this a “stub” that I can come back and edit later today ... First be advised that “Local Authorities” are likely to have DOZENS of reasons why you CAN’T. (Perhaps your local Church/Pastor, Rotary, Lions, Moose, Elks & etcClubs can help work with the Authorities ... help with providing these services as well?) The biggest problem drivers have present the hardest obstacles. Bathrooms, Showers and Laundry ... and I can’t figure out an answer other than to get your local Truck Stop to open for at least partial access. Because they are already set up to deal with these issues. Depending on your Location (are you near a major highway, rest area, area with closed stores with large parking lots) ... probably the best thing to do is get access to a CB Radio and directly ask the drivers how things are going, what difficulties are they dealing with, how can people ... John Q Public help? (It might be that you’re in one of the well served areas) As to food ... perhaps you’re in one of those areas where your school lunches are provided by outside contractors ... maybe they would be a great source thats already geared up to make good, “mobile” meals ... can a deal be struck? Will your Local Authorities let you pass what they charge through to the drivers without a problem? It may be that Local People might want to avail themselves of a “School Lunch Program” as well? How can you help? Good question. I’ll add more ideas but ...
