I’ve been wondering ... really ... trying ... to formulate a response to this entire release by the NYT. Its not that they aren’t simply stating the obvious. The Deep State has been working away in the background for decades if you’re talking about bureaucrats ... they’ve had their own Agendas regardless of which party was supposedly running the Government. In essence, they are their own version of the “Politboro” of the USSR ... of COURSE the things they do are “for the best” ... THEY simply KNOW better than ... well, ANYONE. Of course the problem is, there are many potential problems with them (the vaccines) and, they are largely untested and the manufacturers have already been given complete product liability protection. If they Fail ... if they Damage ... if they Harm ... if they Kill ... the manufacturers will suffer No Consequences. That’s news to me and I’ve been looking at them for about 15+ years ... their Markets and Charting are Very Good (especially for free) however, EVERY “Article” they put forward have a distinct Leftist Cant ... even stuff that sounds like it should be sort of Conservative ... isn’t. As to the markets ... just because “the markets” do well, doesn’t mean the economy as a whole is as well. If Much of the pressure (purchasing) is from the 1% or “buying groups” like 401k Retirement Funds, there’s lots of pressure but no actual “new money” being injected. Not to say that there isn’t “new money” but, the recent action of many “Central Banks” towards their own “money supply” (ie. “Printing” ) is deflating its value so it may be that while very pretty numbers are being posted, the basis for those numbers may be simply eroding.

Another good and measured article. Unfortunately ALARMISM is the “Bell” that everyone starts ringing the moment they find something they consider suspicious. Several years ago there was a Huge Alarm going out about the the Destruction of the Great Barrier Reef due to encroaching starfish ... I’ve never had the opportunity to dive or snorkel the GBR unfortunately but I have done huge amounts in the Caribbean. Reefs are ... by any definition ... living organisms. It is unfortunate that the small companies are falling in huge quantities but, given the measures enacted by the various Governors and Local Legal “Authorities”, it is completely inevitable. Most small stores never really set up an online presence ... after all, that wasn’t their target customer base. Restaurants, Bars and Entertainment places really aren’t geared to online presence (for profit) anyway and ... honestly, people don’t actually go to these places for a lot of “take-out” ... I think there’s something about a lack of ambience at the takeout window ... like, who orders Fettuccine al Carbonara to take out? Its difficult to blame Amazon (I stopped using) or WalMart for picking up the business because, if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, they tend to have a reasonable alternative. I used to deliberately avoid the biggest stores unless it was for specific items and the pricing was ... unbeatable. The same is true of those “chains” like Wawa, Turkey Hill, Seven Eleven which mostly offer a small selection of overpriced goods ... but, at least they’re open and tend to have what I want in stock. The closing of Bars (Guinness on Draught and Conversation) and Fine Restaurants (Worldwide Cuisine at My Fingertips Cooked to My Specification) has hit me hardest. The loss of the Small Shops has hurt me because ... Butchers and Fruit Stands. The bigger problem is ... when the small places are allowed to reopen ... people, being creatures of habit, may never go through their doors again. Simply because they’ve had to find alternatives ... because they’ve fallen out of the habit ... Amazon and WalMart might not have done what they have on purpose ... might be the unwitting beneficiaries of the situation ... but, if this wasn’t a Deliberate Move by THEM, It’s Certainly a DELIBERATE MOVE by Someone.

I’m good with everything in this post by Daisy. Well, except one little bit. The use of “... Let Them Eat Cake ...” as taken Completely Out of Context in a Comment by Marie Antoinette. French flour millers (grinders of grain) were able to get a better profit from flour ground for the specific use of bakers of Cakes and Confections. The type of “grind” between “Cake Flour” and “Regular Bread Flour” was completely different and the Millers completely neglected making “Regular Flour” to the point that Bread Bakers couldn’t get the flour they needed to make “Bread” which led to a System Wide Shortage. When this was brought to the attention of the Crown (who, after all, were not Bakers) Marie was unable to grasp the major difference and basically offered the idea that other substitutes for “Bread” could be made out of “Cake Flour” (which is true by the way) and said (hysterically and historically recorded) “...let them eat cake...” meaning alternatives made out of the Cake Flour of which there was an overabundance. People use the phrase to display a person being “Completely Out of Touch” where she was actually trying to suggest an honestly possible alternative. I feel bad that Marie Antoinette is mostly remembered for something she said that has been Completely Taken Out of Context.

I wonder what the modern day equivalence would be to mounting a guillotine in my cart and driving around to these politicians’ homes and having the masses drag them out to me for “treatment”? I even have a cute little rhyme ... like the Ice Cream Guy ... A Tisket ... A Tasket ... A Politician’s Head In a Basket ... Simply Cannot Answer ... Regardless What You Ask It. I considered using Democrat or Leftist but, it seems Politicians of EVERY Stripe are Culpable.

The concept of “Christianity” is largely a Construct Created by the Roman Emperor Constantine (the Great) in the 300’s ACE around the Figurehead of Jesus of Nazareth (The Christ) which Codified a Social and Moral Code based on thousands of years of Existing Laws, Traditions and Many Disparate Religions or “Faiths” reaching back as far ... or even further than ... the Written Legal Codes of Nebuchadnezzar and Hammurabi. Is There, Was There, such a Person as the Jesus Christ as described in the Various Versions of the New Testament? Is He, Was He, God Made Man? The Son of God? Did a Young Man in his early 30’s really bring forth a Totally New Philosophy and Thought Process in the Three Short Years of His Acknowledged “Ministry”? Constantine, in a stroke of Brilliance ... of Sheer Genius ... used the Tales, Legend and Stories that existed about an “Exemplary” Human Being and Created a Touchstone that was Humanly Relatable to/by the Masses to act as the Foundation of a “New” Social, Moral and Legal Code. Does This Matter? Is It Important? The Answer, for Many is YES for Others, Not So Much. Is ... Was ... the “Man” of Primary Importance, Is/Was the Results of His Exaltation of Primary Importance or, Is/Was the Results of the “New” Codified Code of Primary Importance? The problem that had existed to that time was that Empires ... Kings ... Emperors ... So ... wait ... Not to make light of what the article is saying ... in fact, I started saying keeping lots of information ... FOREVER ... in “Computer Space” (it was the late 60s, early 70s) was going to lead to A LOT of unforseeable “things” in the future ... BUT ... A Large Part of the PROBLEM is the Initial Security of the Data ... That is, if SOMEONE Kills You with a Gun they STOLE from You ... and then went out a Learned How to Use It ... its Somehow MORE Important that they Learned Hiw to USE IT than the fact they STOLE It from You to begin with? People have an odd sense of what comprises “Security”.
