First Requirement; Definitions. Absentee Ballots; Requested by Registered Voters, Mailed Specifically to Said Voter, Filled Out and Returned by Said Voter. (A couple things should be changed but ... basically fine) Mail In Ballots; Generically Printed and Sent Out Widely for Anyone to Pick Up and Use. As it stands, I am COMPLETELY AGAINST “Mail In Ballots”. “Mail In Ballots” COULD be made “Acceptable” PROVIDING; 1. They were REQUIRED to be Delivered to the Hand of the Postmaster. 2. They were REQUIRED to be accompanied by; Photo ID AND a Current Voter Registration Card set up to receive Postmark Receipt Stamping, and the “Official” Envelopes were Identifiable ONLY as to Locality (via BarCoding) NOT Party Affiliation which should be affixed at time of Receipt Stamping. 3. The “Mail In Ballot” was Stamped with a Registered Post Mark AND the Voter Registration was ALSO Stamped (cancelled) at the Same Time. As to Absentee Ballots ... they should be dealt with as Certified Mail going and coming ... they should have NO “Distinguishing Features” EXCEPT a Bar Code for the Issuing Locality and NO Political Affiliation Information

Has managed to write it up in such an egregious manner as to create 4 or 5 FELONY Charges and 1 MISDEMEANOR Charge. Yeah ... its interesting that they’re attempting on one hand to say that; They’re Born That Way ... While, on the other hand trying to teach children that; Its really understandable and therefore acceptable behavior... Are they “Grooming” children to accept being molested as a form of “Social Justice”? Or are they “Grooming” children to be willing to engage in these behaviors once they become adults? Remember, this is essentially the same tactic and path they took to “Open Their Minds” to accept homosexuals or actually being (identifying as) a homosexual themselves and then quickly piled the Entire LGBTQ ... thought process through that open door. This was a Deliberate Tactic designed to break down the concept of Morality by overwhelming and spreading chaos through the minds of youths who were too young ... too inexperienced ... to reject it ... to have a developed sense of Morality to compare it to. Many of those children have since fully embraced “sexual lifestyles” long before they even fully understood what they were getting themselves into or even why they might be doing it. They have pushed Faith and Religion out of Our Schools (except Islam?), they introduced Sex Ed and ratcheted the age level lower and lower, they managed to call into question and supplant what little morality children had learned from their parents, and now, they are “infecting” children with THEIR Version of “Morality” BEFORE the children begin to understand that That Version of “Morality” is Actually IMMORAL. Well, I suppose it depends on how far out of hand it gets. The problem is, if “Private Security” and “Militia” begin to replace Police, how is a person to know which they are? Whether they’re legitimate? That they’re not ACTUAL Criminals dressed up and pretending to be “Official”? For about $15,000 I could go a few miles and buy a Complete “Official Uniform”, a Tin Badge, a Complete Equipment Belt with Holster including a Baton & Flashlight AND a Fully Tricked Out, Complete, Very Lightly Used, Police Vehicle, and with a quick stop at a Press and Stick Signage Shop, have a Completely Official Looking Vehicle. I could probably get that all done before Dinner. All I need to do then is put my favorite firearm in that holster and I’m ready to go ... and WHO could stop me? I think that if things get too out of hand, I’ll simply start Open Carrying and God Help the person who goes to pull a gun on me because one of us will be dead seconds later. Why would I hesitate? While I don’t deny that there’s a serious problem and I have no “understanding” of pedophiles ... what could make them “tick”. I think Pedophilia is a Sick and Bizarre thought process ... kidnapping of children ... using children for forced or coerced sex ... the thought is nauseating. Still, I’m a bit leery of this Law ... but I’m not an Aussie and I don’t know how stringent their Law or Definition of the Term is... My first objection is; I know several men who, during the course of their divorce, were accused (and automatically assumed guilty) of pedophilia with/towards their children. This is a tactic often suggested by the Woman’s Lawyer to “Force” the divorce and to get a larger settlement. My second objection is; There are Many “Regression Therapy Revelations” where the patient suddenly “remembers” being sexually assaulted as a child by an adult male (often the Father). I know of a couple cases where it simply Did Not Happen and yet dozens of years later, they stand bitterly accused of acts that they NEVER even considered ... never mind DID. My third objection is; What constitutes a “Pedophile”? Does someone who collects pictures and videos qualify? I don’t understand this but ... “Life in Prison”? My fourth objection is; Where or What is the “Age Limit” that defines a “Act of Pedophilia”? 6? 10? 16? under 18? Age of Majority? Up until relatively recently, in the USA it was legal to get married as young as 12 or 13 (Loretta Lynn, Jerry Lee Lewis) ... it might have been in “Bad Taste” but it was legal. Then there’s Muslims who proclaim to believe preteens are perfectly fine for marriage ... I’m pretty sure there are other Cultures who subscribe to the “Child Bride” concept as well Here in the USA there has been this weird push to extend the definition of “Childhood” at least to the age of 26 (where the “Child” can legally remain on the Parents’ insurance) My fifth objection is; What is the definition of “Child Abuse”? Personally, here in the USA there are those ... who. Advocate .., Teach ... children “Sex Education” in grades as low as 2nd Grade and I’ve heard of pushes to teach it in 1st Grade ... in Kindergarten ... I consider THIS to be “Child Abuse” but ...? Lastly, here in the USA there was a Day School (as I recall, it was faith based) where the children suddenly began to accuse the operators of rampant Sex Abuse of the Children. While I tend to like her material and, I am willing to give her credit for covering a lot of important topics, I’m not really a fan of Daisy. She’s usually worth watching but I have a hard time sitting through her pieces. Perhaps its her manner or style of delivery. A lot of times she rattles on “a mile a minute” and, if you actually try to digest what she just said, it’s too late, she’s 5 sentences further along in her piece. I have the same problem with Ben Shapiro and even sometimes with Phil Turley. Maybe they should consider including a “Speed” dial along with their pieces so the listener can “Dial Them Back” by about 20%?

“Quietly” my Ass ... I’ve been outright and forthright and NOT AT ALL Quiet about telling people they have/had NOT the Slightest Idea what they were talking about. I haven’t looked at THIS Video yet. BUT ... There were SEVERAL Videos (5?) that pieced together most of the situation from Start to Finish Quite Well. There were Several Instances where he said Loudly and Plainly that He “Can’t Breathe” BEFORE He was restrained on the Ground in the Final Scene. There was the Full Autopsy which Clearly DID NOT Display ANY Sign Whatsoever of Asphyxiation or problems concerning Air or Air Passage to the Lungs or Brain although there was LOTS of Evidence of Drug Related Problems. There was a Very Good Description of GFloyd’s Physical Size and Condition. AND ... There was a Very Good Rundown on how he was an Upstanding Citizen (NOT!!!) The Last Piece LOOKED Horrendous but there was NEVER Any Description as to Why the Officers Felt Required to Restrain Him in that Fashion. (Actually, there WAS but it was simply a short couple sentences) .................. Okay ... I watched the video and actually it simply firmed up the bit of missing information left out from those previously available. Actually the other previously available videos explain what happened better.

Much the same way I would refuse to do business with a business or people who hung up a sign, “Whites Only”. The first problem I have with responding to this question is, I have no idea of what type of “trauma” you’re referring to. What follows is a True Story ... I lived it. I went to sleep in an employee’s car on my way home one night. I woke up three days later in an Intensive Care Unit. I was told by my Mother (a Registered Nurse) that the Doctor standing beside her had some papers they wanted me to sign that she had refused to knowing it HAD to be MY Decision. The Papers were Permission to Amputate Both My Feet and Ankles at the Knee, Amputate My Right Arm at the Shoulder. Their Logic was ... “Well, You're NEVER going to be able to use them again ...” There WAS Massive Breakage and Crushing and Nerve Damage to ALL of those PLUS Other Major Injuries Elsewhere. I got moved OUT of that hospital As Soon As Possible. The NEXT Doctor was Extremely Doubtful about being able to Repair Anything but was willing to do his best to Stabilize and Try to Rebuild. He DID Try Hard. My Arm was Reassembled but the Major Nerve to the Hand was Simply ... Gone The Next TWO Years involved 4 Other Doctors and at Least 5 Physical Therapists. The LAST Doctor I Literally FORCED to take my case was one of the Top Orthopedists in the USA for Pro Sports Medicine ... I spent 4 years in Hospitals, in Hospital Beds in my Living Room, in Wheel Chairs ... I Outstripped EVERY One of the PT People’s “Therapy” Regimens by A LOT. Meanwhile, I went through some Pretty Major Mental & Emotional Changes and Upheavals. After 4 YEARS I FINALLY Pushed Myself Up Out of a Wheelchair and more or less Stumbled Home on My Own Two Feet. I NEVER Sat in a Wheelchair Again. I’ve got some limitations but not many I can’t live with. After 8 more years I began skiing again. The Accident was about 35 years ago. NONE of this was Easy ... NONE of this was Painless ... I Completely DESTROYED Several Personal Relationships as I Struggled to figure out WHO I WAS NOW. TODAY ... I do Logging ... mostly for Firewood ... for Fun & Profit (yes, I enjoy lifting 6’ 250lb+ lengths of tree into my flatbed). I do Stone Masonry ... for Fun & Profit ... I Drive Tractor Trailers ... I can think of four. Two negative and two positive. The Bad; “Shut Up and Spend Money” & “I Don’t Care What You Think or How You Feel” The Good; “Thank You for Your Support” & “My Fans are My Life” Oh ... and One more Specifically for the NBA ... “It’s ALL CHINESE to Me” When I was a kid, most of the people in professional sports were from the communities where their team was. The players were actually required to live and act in a manner that promoted being good role models. Kids looked up to them, tried to emulate them, and most people liked and respected them. I recall many times being outside the stadium or rink waiting to see them come out after the game as they hustled off to their homes or, more often, their other jobs. By the end of the 70s the industry had changed where these people had become highly paid prima donnas who didn’t care about the communities and were giving little more than lip service to the fans. By the early 80s I stopped caring about them ... the teams ... or even the games. I certainly don’t care what they “think” or what their “philosophy” might be. They’ve destroyed their own industry by their lack of caring about the people who pour money into their pockets. The Leagues, the Owners, the Management and the Players are all about the money. Now, between the Virus limitations, their “Gimme the MONEY!!” attitudes, and their own Pollyanna Woke BS, I really think that there’s a good possibility that the teams are going to cease to exist. I’d say that’s too bad but truthfully, I honestly no longer care. Let them try living on unemployment for awhile.

I doubt I’d be loaded with beanbags either ... Maybe I’d try to be nice and use “grazing” fire (skipping the munitions off the ground/street) but it would be 00 Buck Shot ... maybe I wouldn’t try being “nice” either because I’d be frustrated and tired of “being nice” by now. I’m not sure this is the same but this is quite similar to a material found in very high end vault heart plate areas. They’re extremely difficult to beat. There is hardened plate over what is essentially a void filled with ceramic/steel bearings in a sort of grid. It doesnt really “dull” the cutting edge it simply keeps rotating with it so it simply doesn’t cut ... it just spins along with the drill bit or blade. This is one of the reasons an item called a “Burning Bar” is often used ... because then everything is simply welded together and burned through.

Having checked into the dam’s construction and the way it was “pinned” ... or not ... to the bedrock ... I think the Chinese have a much bigger problem than they are willing to talk about. Satellite images show unquestionable deformation of the dam twice since its Construction ... including this time which shows buckling in three places towards the center of the span. Then there is the soil composition of most of China ... including this area the soil is basically “loess” ... relatively light and granular ... almost like a type of sand; (“Loess can be defined as sediment that has been entrained, transported, and deposited by the wind and is dominated by silt-sized (50–2μm diameter) particles.” ) it is well known to be easily eroded by water action once it gets hit by moving water. China has long had this problem with the major rivers regularly changing their course by tens or even hundreds of miles fairly frequently. There is a saying about people who build their houses on shifting sands ... and it isn’t one that’s particularly reassuring.

I hope for their sake, they took something other than Liberal Arts, Journalism and/or PoliSci because I expect many of them will never work in the industry again. I’m glad to hear their publications are likewise failing and mostly for the same reason. Once upon a time, I liked the NY Times, the Hill, the Guardian but they each became rubbish and not worth reading at all. I used to see the Hill especially as a Center-Left source but they’ve really gone off the deep end as well. Apparently he was asked to exit the vehicle before the video begins. The vehicle was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker (the lawyer doesn’t address this) the stopping Officer claims to have smelled marijuana ... if true, that’s a probable DUI and normally escalates the incident. The fact that “no evidence” was found of marijuana means simply that the guy didn’t have much and may have consumed it ... I didn’t notice the lawyer mentioning any tests or their results ... which leads me to believe that the lawyer chose not to mention these for obvious reasons but was more interested in turning the narrative elsewhere. As the guy points out, there are 3 State Police involved in this stop. He says he wasn’t resisting however “Passive Resisting” is a form of Resisting. The Officer, outside of being verbally loud actually seems like he was “handling” the guy fairly respectfully in removing him from the car. All the comments made buy the guy once he was outside the car are not filmed and really become hearsay. The guy was scratched up because he wound up on the ground getting handcuffed ... not surprising ... but otherwise was apparently not physically abused, beat or kicked ... though I would note the guy did everything possible to get as much mileage out of the “injuries” he did sustain by asking for “Medical Care” which again, the lawyer did not dwell on the “injuries” which he would have had they not been negligible. I don’t know that I’m 100% on the Officer’s side on this ... there’s too much that was left out ... but this guy deliberately and smugly made things as difficult as possible. This is pretty much an excellent example of how NOT to handle being stopped by the police. You can make this ... pretend this ... is about “Race” but I grew up around lots of Stupid White Boys and, before this age of creampuff basement dwellers, had they pulled something like that, they’d have been lucky not to have gotten their asses BEAT! Not to mention getting cracked over the head by their Fathers who came to pick them up. It AIN’T about RACE!!! Its about STUPID. There’s a video by Chris Rock on “How Not to Get Your Ass Beat by the Police”. This guy should maybe have watched it.

He ... has been notified that destruction of Federal Property would not be tolerated and would result in arrests. His “citizens” attack Federal Property and then scatter ... stroll away. The Federal Forces then have to round them up off the streets ... which is safer and better than them erupting from “buildings” and engaging in full blown counter assaults. He should be working with his own Police and these additional forces to get things under control but seems more willing to let people run rampant so this is what happens. Were I on the side of the rioters I would be pretty angry ... freaked out ... too but I’m not and I agree with their tactics.
