As I see it, the "Second Cold War" has been already been going on for quite some time, certainly since China entered the WTO back in 2001, but I suspect even longer. I know they were already posing problems in the South China Sea back in the 1980's.

I hope our President holds firm on this. It is the kind of discipline some of these politicians need. Kind of like a a parent refusing pay for the damage on their teenager's car after they drove while texting and were blessed even to be alive. Sometimes tough love is the right way to go.

I voted "Christian." I am the primary teaching pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church in Bloomington, Illinois, U.S.A. It is a Reformed Baptist church.
It is a shame that someone, as educated as a judge, does not seem to know what a Christian is.

I do prefer that they be well-informed opinions, however, such as Lightman's appear to be in this post. Some very good points were made in this video. I'm a U.S. citizen and a Conservative who did not vote for President Trump in the last election because I did not trust him. And I had no good reason at that time to trust him. He will be getting my vote this November, however, because, despite some issues I have with him, he has proven to be more conservative in governing than the last couple of Republican presidents I voted for. I also like that he has taken on the mainstream media in the way that he has thus far. Many like me have seen how left leaning the media have been for decades and have been frustrated at the cowardice of many conservatives toward them.

I certainly hope not, since the foundational documents of the Christian faith are found in the Bible. In fact, A core commitment of the Christian faith is that the Bible is the revealed Word of God. So, any that claims to be Christian and rejects the Bible cannot be Christian.
