Facts First: This is misleading at best. In "most" states, once your ballot has been cast, either in the mail or in person, you cannot change your vote. It is only questionable in 6 states and the normal procedure is your first vote counts and cannot be changed even in those states.

We are mostly happy to listen to official medical advice and adhere to it.
