the only other thing i take with this is tumeric....doesn't seem to affect me in any way....my sister spent the winter in mexico and got bit by a fire fly she didn't think it was a big deal a month later she flew home and they put her in hospital for a week in vancouver and sent her home told her to see her doctor in Kelowna they put her on penicillin to take the swelling down in her finger tips. it wasn't working i drove out and we started her on chlorine dixoide i started it at the same time....today the swelling down and they are amputating her left fore finger because of gangrene infection.....so i know this stuff is powerful....it kills covid in 24 hrs
