I did 3 countries: the United States, England and Wales, and Australia. England's data was the best because it went back all the way to the year 1838 and up to the year 1995. The data makes it clear that vaccines contributed little to the decline in mortality from infectious diseases. For example, in England, the mortality rate for measles was 60.2 per every 100,000 people in the year 1887. By 1967, the year before they first started using measles vaccines, the death rate had dropped to 0.2. That's a decline in mortality of 99.67% before the measles vaccine was even used there. Same goes for the United State. The mortality rate for measles was 13.3 per every 100,000 people in the year 1900. By 1962, the year before they first started using measles vaccines, the mortality had dropped to 0.2. That's a decline of 98.50% before the measles vaccine was even used there. With regards to every other infectious disease that we use a vaccine for, the mortality rates had declined between 75% and 100% before a vaccine was ever introduced. So what was responsible for the large declines in mortality prior to when the vaccine came out? I've read over 25 scientific publications written by medical doctors and scientists from around the world and they all make it clear that the main things responsible were a rise in the standard of living leading to an increased ability to obtain adequate nutritional intake, proper sanitation and hygiene, breastfeeding, and better working conditions and living conditions. Out of all of those, adequate nutritional intake is deemed the most responsible. For example, in a 1970s publication, the World Health Organization stated that measles is a harmless condition in children who are well fed. Another example to draw on is polio. Dr. Jungeblut and Dr. Heaslip, after conducting scientific experiments using vitamin C to treat polio, both concluded that if one has adequate vitamin C intake that they will not even develop polio. And Dr. Klenner and Dr. Greer both showed that vitamin C can cure polio in humans if one is infected by the viral condition. And one other example worth noting is the experiment conducted by Dr. Jahan. He had two groups of 31 children with tetanus. The one group of children he gave high doses of vitamin C too. The other group he didn't. The group that received it had a 100% survival rate. The group that didn't had a 26.8% survival rate.
