Stampede? Hell, looked pretty calm and relaxed. I've seen more stress on people trying to get into a church. It was busy and people went for the to more than anything else, but a stampede? Not even close. Did that person have any real knowledge as to how to admit evidence, weigh it and make rational legal decisions? If anyone should be held liable for for any misconduct, it is the school. They admitted an individual with special needs and didn't realize they would need to help him deal with situations in school involving females? It is a clear case of negligence, possibly willful negligence. Sue this school and make them understand that you don't just get money from the government for taking in students with mental issues you also have the responsibility to help these individuals study and live in a college environment.

Lots of new information for me. I had no idea this kind of crap was going on on our southern border. This man is an impressive individual. I wish one of the Koch family would donate a billion to get things moving.
