A simple narrative may help, so here goes nothing.

Jane Doe finds a court case that established a fact that matters in a very serious, treasonous case:

"Plaintiff admitted that it, in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, which are for all practical purposes, because of there interlocking activity and practices, and both being Banking Institutions Incorporated under the Laws of the United States, are in the Law to be treated as one and the same Bank, did create the entire 14,000.00 in money or credit upon its own books by bookkeeping entry. That this was the Consideration used to support the Note dated May 8, 1964 and the Mortgage of the same date. The money and credit first came into existence when they created it. Mr. Morgan admitted that no United States Law or Statute existed which gave him the right to do this. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the Note. See Anheuser-Bush Brewing co. V. Emma Mason, 44 Minn. 318. The Jury found there was no lawful consideration and I agree. Only God can create something of value out of nothing."

Jane Doe took some time to think about the implications of that fact that matters, and having done so Jane Doe went to the officials in this fabricated story. Jane Doe goes to the county Sheriff. Jane Doe knows that in her county the Sheriff is familiar with actual due process of law, which is in part spelled out in the National Bill of Rights. Jane Doe and the county Sheriff know that the National government is not a Federal government, and so Jane Doe expects that the Sheriff will have an idea concerning what to do next with this vital information that clearly shows culpability in a very serious treason case. The country as a whole established a fact that matters in a lawful case. The National Central Bank is run by counterfeiters.

How much damage can they do, thought Jane Doe, and she found this:

Off Jane Doe goes to the county Sheriff. Jane is seeking justice in this Federal Case; meaning that Jane does not agree that the National Supreme Court is legitimate, so Jane knows that the case against the National counterfeiters must be tried according to the law, in a common law case.

"In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."

This is play. I am playing around with words. Jerome Daly went to court already, it was not a common law jurisdiction, obviously. If it was then anyone with a brain, and a modicum of knowledge concerning the law, would have moved from that fact tried by that jury to indictments against the National Counterfeit Crime Ring, which is obviously protected by the National Counterfeit Federation Crime Ring.

I may play along with the Jane Doe story line, and not just for fun.
