There’s got to be a better way of mitigating domestic abuse resulting from the frustration of helpless entrapment in state administered & managed marriages?

Due to the adamant campaigning of Tender Years Doctrine by Feminism on behalf of ALL women, it should be mandatorily explicitly cited in ALL wedding rituals that all children produced from that marriage are the sole property of the female – without any recourse available to the groom.

Yes, it’s harsh even cruel, but the insidious bickering prone to play itself out in futile Family Court disputes over custody is far more cruel to men, than need be, acknowledging that contention is futile. This in recognition that men are awarded less that 10% of the time & even less than that given that state child services has a claim on that same 10% leaving the father in contention with both the mother & the state. Suggesting anything remotely equitable to the father such as simple 50/50 custody is a costly exercise in futility for men before Family Courts.

As all the Family Courts are interested in is extraction of money from men, I would submit that the first order of business should be mandatory DNA paternity verification on all children eliminating any question(s) as to the man TRUTHFUL liability in supporting any child.

I would also submit that it highly unethical for Family Courts to receive subsidy fro the United States Department of Social Security let alone such subsidies being determined by the amount of money such Family Court can extract from men! I have trouble believing that retirees would condone money forcibly withheld from their income, for years supposedly to pay for their retirement, being diverted to subsidies Family Courts in their extraction of money from fathers?

Next, I’d submit that a man’s wealth and/or income shouldn’t be used to calibrate child support replacing such calculation with a fixed amount set periodically by the state legislatures as being the acquitted amount to sustain & provide for A single child to be multiplied by the number of children in question. And that all such child support be regularly payed to the state to be kept on a Debit Card Account to be used in the maintenance of the child or children in question ONLY! Thereby provide the courts with a detail paper trail. THIS METHOD: Is to prevent the ongoing abuse by women of fathers & children by making them LEGAL MONEY MAKING CASH COWS.

There also needs to be a Constitutional Amendment that prevents state courts from confiscation from fathers any Licenses & Certifications necessary for their employment. This should already be illegal, but Family Courts have a practice of ignoring The Constitution of the United States in addition to Federal Law in general in their zeal to extract as much as they can from fathers thereby increasing the subsidies they’re eligible to from the Social Security Administration.

This post could go on far too long addressing the abuses of men at the hands of Family Courts so I’ll be ending it here EXCLAIMING that domestic abuse will never come close to ending until men are released from the state administered marriage traps & allowed to see at least a glimmer at the end of the marriage tunnel. Corner a frightened cat, reach out to pet it, you’ll quickly discover that you can bleed profusely – so to is the entrapped male.

I’m just suggesting, that giving entrapped men a way out with chaining them has got to be a better way of addressing abuse by both men & women. The state uses guns & prison cells to beat down men into compliance. Might we try a little more carrot & a little less stick & see where it goes from there - can’t be much worse than it is now? Just do a Youtube search for Domestic Abuse/Violence & you’ll see what I’m talking about.

I would strongly suggest you google that & consider if you could live in compliance with one of those. ISN’T THERE A LAW AGAINST DECLAWING ANIMALS – THAT’S THE DULUTH MODEL WHEEL.
