On the subject of due process of law, equal footing at law, natural rights, etc.

A reference is made to John Adams.

John Adams, according to Steve Piezcenik is a "founding father" of "our" country, and an example of "originalist" law interpretation. Law and ORDER?

John Adams, apparently, defended the British Soldiers who had killed people during the Boston Massacre.

John Adams, once in power over the National Government (no longer federal after 1789), enforced The Alien and Sedition Acts, which clearly infringed upon the natural right to indict criminals in government.

So...a lot of people have a hard time reading my version of history, in part because I don't use the phrases and terms used by those who falsified history.

The First Amendment, for example, is said to give people the right to speak freely.

That is false.

People are born with the natural right (a duty in fact) to defend themselves and thereby help defend other people, doing so by knowing and then speaking (letting other people know) the facts that matter in any case where there is a clear and present danger to life, liberty, property, happiness, etc., and the clear and present danger warrants (causes) action in defense, such as speaking out those facts once those facts are discovered by the first person who discovers those facts. If this were not a natural right born into people at birth, a duty in fact, then the first person to become aware of clear and present dangers to life, liberty, property, happiness, peace, harmony, cooperation, etc., would NOT help the next living being, NOR the next living being, whose life would be ruined, enslaved, robbed, raped, tortured, horrified, murdered, etc., and instead the first person to discover that clear and present danger would fall in line instead, succumb to enslavement, be robbed, raped, etc., and the criminals that are clear and present dangers would then freely move onto the next unsuspecting victim.

So I am born with this duty to let you know that John Adams was not a friend of liberty, he was by his actions, if not his words, a criminal who infringed upon natural rights such as the natural right to let people know that John Adams was a criminal.

Why do people put known criminals up on pedestals to then shower those criminals with unearned credit for being friends of liberty, or "founding fathers?" What did those "founding fathers" found?

They founded, in 1789, a Corporate Nation State, complete with Summary Justice Courts, which function as DEBT COLLECTORS, collecting the DEBT created by Oligarchs (who buy whatever they want with the money they steal this way) running Central Banking Frauds. They buy the means to enslave mankind, and they then charge the slaves for the cost of enslaving them.

"If ever America lose sight of this principle, she will no longer be the land of liberty. The father will become the assassin of the rights of the son, and his descendants be a race of slaves.

"As many thousands who were minors are grown up to manhood since the name of Federalist began, it became necessary, for their information, to go back and show the origin of the name, which is now no longer what it originally was; but it was the more necessary to do this, in order to bring forward, in the open face of day, the apostasy of those who first called themselves Federalists.

"To them it served as a cloak for treason, a mask for tyranny. Scarcely were they placed in the seat of power and office, than federalism was to be destroyed, and the representative system of government, the pride and glory of America, and the palladium of her liberties, was to be over- thrown and abolished. The next generation was not to be free. The son was to bend his neck beneath the father's foot, and live, deprived of his rights, under hereditary control.

"Among the men of this apostate description, is to be ranked the ex-President John Adams. It has been the political career of this man to begin with hypocrisy, proceed with arrogance, and finish in contempt. May such be the fate of all such characters."
