Liberals are people, especially the classic liberals who believe in upholding the Constitution. As for the Democrats who call themselves progressives, calling them human might be stretching credibility, Mr Wulf...

I don’t lump Classic Liberals in with “Liberals” although I admit that I am a bit perplexed as to how to distinguish Classic Liberals from this new perversion (okay, not so new) of “Liberalism”.
Having grown up in the late 60’s, early 70’s, I have long considered myself a “Liberal” ... NEVER this new crap but, until recently, there really wasn’t two types of “Liberal” so in the late 90’s I stopped calling myself “Liberal” ... I’ve always been a Conservative Constitutionalist with a “Live and Let Live” viewpoint ... Everyone has the “Right” to struggle to achieve their version of happiness ... UNTIL They start trying to push Their Version onto Me, Mine or Others (which wrecks MY version of happiness).
This is something I have no patience with, or tolerance for.

@Bay0Wulf The political left these days are no longer liberal, they are progressive and most of them even identify as such. Progressivism is a mental disorder and is fueled by political correctness and the cancel culture. I myself could loosely identify as a classic liberal especially when it comes to social based issues, but I absolutely disdain progressivism.

Yup, and give your hard earned dollars to those who don't even want to work.
