I think it would be neat if we created little working groups for pet projects.
For instance I was thinking it would be interesting to create a time-chart which categorized for juxtaposition:
Human evolution from the Chimp (7 million yrs I believe)
Time span from Homo Sapiens to current
Land locking of the Americas
And so forth...scaling down to modern major events that anyone can recognize and appreciate
then end with
Evolution of radio (i.e. mass communication)
Television
Internet
Social media
Then accompanied by a brief/succinct message essentially suggesting;
We have for X million years existed solely in small family/tribal settings wherein all opinions were necessarily similar. Given the point we’ve just made about the slow progression of evolution, how can we expect to accurately manage this rapid change in inter-connectivity? I have no hypothesis, just the observation. Maybe the observation allows the reader to accept we are on a new frontier and therefore are bound to err. Like engaging with any new set of problems a balanced and flexible mind will prevail.
*I acknowledge a better edited and thoughtful post would be more compelling, but perhaps this IS the power of this kind of platform; I offer a rough rock, perhaps together we can produce a gem.

Also, humans did not evolve from chimps, humans and modern primates such as chimps and gorillas share a common ancestor that of which was far more primitive than anything we see today.

You could create such groups once you reach level 4.
