Oh! The injustice and inhumanity! What happened to the idea of realizing that all of our decisions have consequences, both good and bad. If the consequences are bad we should be principled enough to realize that and accept them as proof of our commitment and as an example to less courageous others.
Circumstances might be considered unjust, but whinging about them shows weakness and seeking the sympathy of victimhood.
A lesson that none in our society have yet taken to heart, I'm afraid.
