How messed up are the New Zealanders? Sending a bloke to the Olympics to compete in the womens weight lifting. Shame NZ shame. Don't ever mention under arm bowling again, This cheating weight lifter representing your country trumps any under arm bowl that I have been embarrassed about for many years. It's not so bad now when I see how low this act is.

I'm a female kiwi and I am appalled at this. I am not anti gender - my brother is gay so I have
been immersed in that community since the 70's. However, this is just plain wrong. It is such a kick in the teeth for female athletes. While she may not have the testosterone levels she still has the male muscle structure. Transgender should have their own category.

I agree, A woman got her skull injured in wrestling or Aussie rules a few years back try to challenge a man playing her sport.We have to protect competitors from this or it will ruin women sport totally, it will end up being just a bunch of weird blokes playing women sport. But here's a thought, feminists fought long and dirty to get these results and changes for society, millennials bought it all to another unpracticle level I think.
The reason women have a different competition from men is to give them a level playing field. NZ wants to put their team on a pinnacle that none of the women can climb. Can we say evil, children?
