I do believe that vaccines have saved lives but I think we’re getting to the point of overkill. I also don’t like that corporations can lobby our government to mandate that we consume their product and then legally prohibit us from suing the manufacturer for injuries from said product. It just feels dirty. I do know several rheumatologists which by the way are also immunologists and they all spread out the vaccines because they think it is quite possible to overwhelm and short-circuit the immune system.

If it is a subject anyone is interested in learning more about, I strongly suggest reading Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines, and the Forgotten History by Suzanne Humprhies, M.D.

Hygiene and nutrition save lives.

I'm sorry but when I was growing up I only got a few shots before I started kindergarten. Now doctors are practically rushing in to give your baby shots before the umbilical is cut. I find it hysterical that people buy into the fear mongering so easily. They will give their children anything as long as their doctors say it's safe. I've never been attacked more than when I've said that I don't believe that all vaccines are necessary. As far as my kids go, I decide what and when they get it. No money hungry drug makers or doctors or politicians are ever involved in that decision. Also, watch Vaxxed with an open mind. Don't be a mindless lemming.

i don't really believe that being injected with 30 different compounds and biological exctracts before the age of five is something id like to undergo. or that it would allow me to live a healthy, happy life afterwards. also, most diseases and illnesses not caused by literally eating poop will and have historically, caused evolution to change the human population into disease resistant beings. why are we not letting these diseases thin the herd to begin with? isnt there an overpopulation issue on this planet? dop you think that the overpopulation is a result of the medical industry and the cause of most of humanities woes at this day and age? maybe we should just send a bunch of people to mars.......

So the solution to overpopulation, in your view, is to allow epidemics to occur?

@InternetDorkWeb in essence, we shouldnt have gone down this road to begin with. there is no going back and letting the epidemics occur now, because it would destroy our society. but if we had let ourselves naturally grow more immune to them, things would definitely be different. but no, i think the prevention of overpopulation is allowing the natural process of evolution to occur. but it is definitely not a solution to todays amount of overpopulation

@InternetDorkWeb also on a continuation(or tangent theory) the problem of most of the diseases that the government are currently trying to mandate injecting the nations kids with mercury and biological contaminents, is that most of these diseases, can be solved and eradicated by successful educating your kids on proper hygiene.

if human waste is not properly disposed of and the water treated, along with your hands not being washed due to no running / clean water to wash them with.... then all of these diseases would run rampant, and kill off a whole lot of our population. but the simple and deadly truth is, some people don't have access to soap and clean water. especially people from 3rd world countries. also places like chicago..... where the water looks like mud that was melted with acids, because it is.

You know how you know that vaccinations work, look around you. Without vaccinations society would never flourish the way it has.

Not true. Incident rate of diseases decreasing happened at the same time hygiene and nutrition improuved, which was PRIOR to mass vaccination. Actual history is important.

@Catherine hygiene doesn't cure the measles and polio, that position is suspect Steven Pinker's book enlightenment now debunks that assertion with overwhelming data.

Who wants to talk about cures when prevention is so easy ??

@Catherine so are you going to force everybody through military applied pressure to wash their hands and to keep up there hygiene. You can't apply your standards to everybody else and expect them to follow it. You're still disregarding insurmountable evidence of the net positive from vaccinations.

It is utter nonsense, and it's unfortunate you refuse to look at any data that doesn't support your position, or the sources of the data the does, because it is absolute garbage.
Are you up to date on your boosters ? You do realise you are supposed to keep getting those.

@Catherine being a mechanic I get my tetanus booster every 5 years. Well agree to disagree playing in the mud is unproductive for both of us. But I do understand your position and agree with a large portion.

@Phonics You need a lot more than your tetanus booster. Shame on you.

@Catherine yup

When you believe celebrities over doctors children die from immunable diseases

I would like to expand your thought.

When you believe celebrities over "insert intelligent human being here" ............

I do not understand how reaching celebrity status equals intelligence in other people minds.
