As i cis white person i apologize to all POCs and and gender non binaries upon first meeting them. How come they still hate me? What can I do to help bring them around?

It is rude and immoral to ignore another human being. You must confront these people head on.
Do not lose ground by keeping silent. The slack you give they pick up and use against us. You must fight for the greater good of our people to preserve the existence and the future of the children to come this world means much more then today it is the next generation that will live with the decisions you make today do not lose hope. But walk in peace among these people and give them what any of them truly deserve
