Why shouldn't we treat all underperforming students with nootropics and TDcS and eliminate intelligence gap completely?

I think everyone should be treated with TDS

I'm not sure if you are elaborating for purpose of making a point, but why do you think that would eliminate the intelligence gap completely? Do you mean to say, shrink the Gap at best?

Because, we have an assumed 15% of population that can't get a good job because of very high inhibition. They are popularly known as "low IQ," yet I believe it is merely a condition that can be altered with stated practise or regimen. It would make life easier for them and others. There is a way of achieving similar results with practises of meditation and other techniques but they are kind of slow and hard aka not ideal if your life is already hard.

Not sure that would be fair to those who perform well though...

Arent we better off when more people perform better?

Trust me it will be. You never have a bad day cuz someone said something really smart and interesting in the morning.
