What this policy really means:

Folks; especially you White folk out there. It has come to our attention that many of you (even 1 is too many) have in the past violently resisted while being robbed, raped, burgurized, beaten, threatened or generally "victimized" by criminals.
We have enacted a new policy whereby resisting or "fighting back" in any way while being raped, robbed, beaten...is strictly prohibited for the following reasons:

There is a 90% probability that the person or persons who are raping, robbing and beating you will be Black Males between age 15 and 50. Black males are a protected class because White racism and as such are entitled to take by force if they so desire any and all of your property and to rape your women again howsoever and whensoever they desire to rape your wife, daugher, grandmother...

If you do fight back and happen to injure or, god forbid, to kill one of your rapists, robbers, home invaders etc you will be summarily put under arrest and upon recovery from your injuries and after leaving the hospital you will be placed in handcuffs and led to the county jail and held for whatever length of time we choose.

Also we won't enforce this but while you are being raped, robbed, beaten...etc we strongly encourage you to apologize for your Whiteness and to beg forgiveness of your assailant(s) for having oppressed them over the last 450 years.
