I very much support and favor law enforcement. I think that a strike should be reserved for the most dire circumstance, given the chaos and damage to society that could result as a lack of police protection.

In a hypothetical context, I'd love to see the result of a police strike. But in reality, I don't think we need to go there just yet.

We should be supporting and defending our police right now. I do. I encourage the rest of you to do the same. Make your opinion known to politicians. Vote with your dollars. Attend protests.
