Glad you posted up Dans position on this. Am on the fence about it, especially while illegal gun ownership in big inner cities is out of control and ignored from what I can tell, because black lives matter to Democrats who govern those places? A lot of potential for abuse, so sort of feeling Kaitlins point too!
@purdyday with actual due process I think its becomes virtue signaling (courts already have the power to throw you in jail and seize property). Adding punitive damages to false claims though is a winner for me. Cops going to people's houses and attempting to seize guns will get Ruby Ridge and Waco quickly.
