Bitter sweet. Common sense victory is something we should not have to wait for court to make a rulling on. abuse is not something healthy sane society would have to have courts for. Any treatment for children, other than counseling, should send people to jail for child abuse.

If it was a proper common sense , good counseling, fully agree.
At this stage, thou I'm worried about what counseling has become. Last thing a child needs is some university lefty counsel. And that is where they manufacture these counselers. Psychotherapy has been contaminated by the kind of thinking the ultimately led to drug pushing culture among medical community and unqualified individuals getting diplomas because standards are lowered to abysmal levels. American Psychological Association has become like WHO, the link to proper psychology is in the name name of the organization but not in its practices.
