Ted Cruz's latest podcast analyzes the battle among states to exclude candidates from the ballot.
Missouri excluded Trump. Since the decision was made by a federal court, it's subject to appeal to the Supreme Court.
Maine excluded Trump. It's an internal Maine decision and there's nothing that can be done to challenge it. The battle shifts to how the Maine AG is decided.
The Democratic party forbade New Hampshire from holding a primary before Virginia. New Hampshire is doing it anyway and the Democratic party has vowed to not count New Hampshire's delegates.
The Democratic party excluded all candidates but Biden from the Florida primary. Other states will likely follow.
Democrats cheated in 2020 and it's a given that they'll cheat in 2024 and beyond. Democrats expect that they'll win every future presidential election.
History has many examples where someone gained power and then weaponized government power to ensure he'll win every future election. Or he may stop holding elections. The Democratic party is doing this.
In classical American politics, if you weaponized government power against an opposing party, voters from both parties would punish you. Today, Democrat voter cheer on the weaponization of government against Republicans. Civil war is certain.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Any election that feeds to a Fed one is subject to SCOTUS. SCOTUS might well rule that any state can forbid any candidate. But, to do that invalidates any Electors from that state for any candidate unless the state legislature backs up the invalidation with a state law.
They may well rule that no body counting any votes for any seat cannot pick&choose.
I'd love to see that. Absolute mayhem across every state.

At present, the DNC agenda is dominated by radical leftists,
oligarchs, academic elitists, and identity tribes. Moderate Democrats
and Independents get little say in the DNC. Rural Democrats get no say.
Republicans get much say because they're united behind Trump. Kennedy can make a deal between moderate Democrats and Republicans that cuts out radical leftists. Send radicals back to the shadows. The Democratic party is as powderkeg. Light the fuse. Fission the
DNC.
The DNC snubbed Iowa and New Hampshire in the primary. It declared that New Hampshire's primary is invalid. New Hampshire is daringly holding the primary anyway.
What's worse, radical leftists or Ultra Magas?
Many Republicans vote Trump for the simple reason that Trump appoints
constitutionalist judges. Before the 2016 election, Trump released
a list of 20 judges and pledged to select Supreme Court nominees from
this list, and he did. Democrats nominate hyperpartison anti-constitutionalist judges. Kennedy needs to be specific about his judicial nominations.

Trump is still on the ballet in Missouri, you must mean Colorado? I'm not sure that even Maine can override a Supreme Court decision but I guess it depends on how it is worded. If they say that the State courts have to fix a few problems then it's anyones guess but it could drag out past the election.
