In a free market the value of anything, including real property, is subjectively determined by its value to parties concerned. Would the Attorney General also be persecuting Trump had he listed the value of the property in question as zero?
On must wonder how many signature loans are approved each and every day in America? The only security on any of those loans is the subjective value of the borrower’s word.
In a Free Market Economy the value of anything is the amount someone is willing to pay for thing.
Democrats are persecuting President Trump for an old security valuation on an OLD SATISFIED LOAN application to prosecute President Trump criminally -- and have the nerve to say it’s not election interference in the 2024 Presidential Election.
The only way President Trump could possibly be seen as guilty is through a socialist lens where private property rights don’t exist – where the state owns all property rather than individual citizens.
PS1. The Government is interfering with free election(s) by fighting against Free Economics Enterprise in America – how can this be?
PS2. This prosecution becomes persecution immediately upon realizing that the loan in question was satisfied in full without default of any kind. This loan in question no longer exists.
