Of course, your acceptance of science as your infallible guide, is just as wrong as accepting the Pope as infallible. Science cannot measure the metaphysical. It has no instruments to do so. You ever see the George Carlin bit on the Ten Commandments? Pretty good. Basically the commandments can be boiled down to 2: be honest and faithful; don't murder. All the rest are religious psychobabble meant to assert dominance and control the masses. It is laughable to claim a list of priority rules, in which the first 3 or 4 are all about a jealous god and its demands for being worshipped and coddled, has nothing to do with religion. A list of rules which kept things like "don't rape" or "don't enslave" off, but made room for the fealty.

For some, science has become a religion. Religion is a personal thing, in my view, so that is what I am prattling on about. If science governs your thinking you have elevated it to the status of being your "lord" in a religious sense. It has the power then to override your senses. Totally a waste of time and a witch hunt. A show of Schumer's prediction, "The intel community has six-ways to Sunday of getting back at you". That is what you observed. Justice Kavanaugh and Gorsuch better be wary, too "they have unleashed the whirlwind". Mueller spent $30 million dollars in a year on his no collusion final report but that didn't alleviate the situation. He didn't find anything but alluded to it still being a possibility. Durham spent $6 million dollars in 4 years and his conclusions were valid. It is interesting that the same people involved in creating the Russia/Trump hoax now call the report a nothing burger and yet fail to deny the finding there was no Russia/Trump collusion. It was all a fabrication. Without the Russia /Trump hoax there would have been no need for a Mueller investigation or a Durham report.

It seems none of the convictions Mueller managed to dig up had anything to do with Trump other than they were associates and supporters. It was a soviet tactic of show me the man and I will find the crime.
