No, they are not Satanists. I am a Satanist, and can tell you from a place of authority, they are not Satanists.
I assume you are referencing Benny Johnson's anti-American anti First Amendment diatribe about the doctor wearing a hat with a star on it? Well that isn't the symbol of the Church of Satan or the Satanic Temple, so swing and a miss - they use Baphomet. Also Satanists use the upside-down pentagram if anything, not the one the doctor is using.
But even if they were Satanists... so what? America was founded on religious freedom. Why do you hate America?
