An officer that is fired or resigns to evade being fired TRAVELS on to another jurisdiction only to be rehired in the same position by another government entity is just plain wrong – beyond belief wrong?
Police officers don’t like to be video taped because it nullifies the officer’s UNWARRANTED credulity before the law and public alike?
Handcuffs are an arrest ALL BY THEMSELVES that renders a victim incapable of self defense – exactly the position a psychopath wants their victim in?
If there weren’t something broken in our justice system these people would be called Peace Officers instead of Law Enforcement Officers or even Police Officers – the psychology is wrong?
The days of hiring gun-slinging criminals to fight other gun-slinging criminals with Qualified Immunity should have fallen to history long ago – why hasn’t it?

There seems to be an idea prevalent that a peace officer’s job can’t be performed within the limits of the laws all other citizens are required to obey – is that really true?
As to this video, it’s impossible to not recognize the attempted influencing by this TRAVELING OFFICER by appearing for deposition in uniform and fully armed – judge for yourself? If I heard correctly, the prosecuting attorney states clearly that all these officers were to appear out of uniform UN-armed – but perhaps I was just imagining things?
Don’t you think that test firing his laser on a helpless dog indicates he’s a psychopath? If not, he needs to be the next officer that pulls you over?
PS. Another thought: Would it be more contextual for officers to ask for ‘your papers’ instead of ‘your ID’ - you know, like any other totalitarian regime would and has throughout history?

I can think of all sorts of evil that undercover officers did in the performance of their duty with impunity, as well the ones in uniform on or off duty, and in civilian clothes off duty. Something like half the people on death row were there by deliberate dereliction of police performances. (and I mean performances with heavy pun sarcasm)
within the limits of the laws all other citizens are required to obey can easily be proven when you are driving down the highway doing the speed limit and get passed by a police car and looks at you and then pulls you over; or just getting passed at a high rate of speed and its not with emergency flashing lights on

So this is a thing, and too many times the wrong person is framed?
Would you say there's any 'justice system' anymore? To your knowledge,
has there been, or is it just getting worse?
If you dare show you noticed, they go after you, is what I'm hearing.
@2FollowHim Getting worse for the people in general, the ordinary who just want to live life without anguish, who have goals or maybe have no idea what they want to do but at least want to have the freedom to pick & choose and make honest mistakes about learning in life.
Take the miscreants of the CHAZ or the breaking of the established laws entering the country through legal procedures.....POOF! where's the jurisprudence?
Or take the corporatocracy edicts passed to protect Big Pharma from tort law suits for all the coercive implementations of an admitted experiment from a known convicted criminal enterprise <--the government's own description of Pfizer and ultimately of Vanguard & BlackRock
The justice system is still in place, but the scales of justice are skewered. Government attorneys are not interested in the truth for justice BUT their own conviction success rates. You have to prove yourself innocent by compliance and/or refusal is an admission of guilt with automatic mandatory punishment sanctions for noncompliance.
The lady that holds the scales of justice maybe blindfolded but she feels that gun held against her head and doesn't need to be blinded to know WHO is doing that.
This is the biggest problem in law enforcement today, bad cops getting recycled in new jurisdictions. Eventually they will populate every agency until there are no good cops left. In my town they do a background check on every applicant and refuse to hire an officer from another jurisdiction if that jurisdiction will not forward the officer's disciplinary record. Most of our cops are local born. That seems to work best because they have a vested interest in the welfare of the community.

I think that's likely the only way. And the community needs events for lots of reasons.
Looking at this material made me want to 'live in another place', how about you?
My background dealt with pretty heavy people and with experience, I began to
'remove the costume'. Piercings, tattoos, hair, just 'remove' mentally.
Cut to the chase, find the human, (if possible!!). People try to create that 'hard shell'
sometimes.
Well, sometimes there's 'nobody home' or so twisted you can't.
That's different. Then, I have to tell them.
Otherwise, I find the human, ask some questions.
It might be I have a gift 
.
Without these, I call 'realities', you've just got acting, costumes.
