Should people who are repeatedly accused of stealing be targeted with rehabilitation services, or incarcerated so they can’t commit more crimes?”

I am getting the feeling that many on the right and centre-right are becoming fed up. The crazy dial needs to be turned way down and access to that dial needs to be severely restricted to those qualified in working with and using crazy dials.
One such qualified person is Jordan Peterson who knows the dangers and horrors of having progressive Marxists in charge of that dial. The semi-fictional book called 1984 also shows the what happens when the wrong people are in charge of the crazy dial
