21,08.16.1030M THE ABRIDGMENT OF VOTING RIGHT EXPRESSLY TO FACILITATE MINORITY VOTING IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED BY THE 15th AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION!
Just because Congress has the power to enforce the 15th Amendment DOES NOT CONFER AUTHORITY FOR IT BEING CHANGED BY THEM EITHER!
Is not this Bill H-1 (or something like that) precisely for the purpose of violating this same 15th Amendment to the Constitution – how can that not be seen?
Even the states legislatures have limitations on what they can & cannot do regarding voting rights.
America is accustomed to arguments about denying people or specific identities their right to vote.
But abridgment of voting rights to rig an election has never been broached to my recollection – AND ABRIDGMENT OF VOTING RIGHTS IS SEPARATE & DISTINCT FROM DENIAL OF VOTING RIGHTS – THEY’RE NOT THE SAME THING!!!!!!!
Is not BLANKET MAILING of UNSOLICITED ABSENTEE BALLOTS an Abridgment of citizen's voting rights. Even if you allow that ABRIDGMENT of voting rights to facilitate minority mail-in voting – HOW IS THAT NOT DILUTING THE VOTES OF CITIZENS THAT VOTED NORMALLY???
Denied & abridged are two separate ways of voting fraud as clearly stated: “…….vote shall not be denied or abridged…...” How much more clear does it have to be that the November 3, 2020 Presidential Election was fraudulent requiring nullification.
ATTENTION: ABRIDGE & ABROGATE are two entirely different words with entirely different meanings. Abridged voting rights is what the Constitution of the United States SPECIFICALLY SAYS – not any abrogation of anything.
