What stops a party from packing the Supreme Court? F. Roosevelt found out. You
lose votes. That was Old America, where voters punished parties for bad
behavior. Today, democrats have salted the Earth and republicans will never
again win the presidency, senate, or house. Democrats don't have to worry about
elections, therefore they will pack the court. Biden refused to answer the court packing
question, and Ocasio-Cortez tweeted explicitly that she will pack the court.
The Supreme Court is the only card republicans have left. What if Biden simply
ignores the court's rulings? In Old America he would be voted out of office, if
he didn't get impeached first. Biden doesn't have to worry about elections or
impeachment, therefore he will ignore the court.
Democrats are fond of nuisance lawsuits in Appellate Courts. Make it bite them
in the ass. Republicans should launch nuisance lawsuits. Even if republicans
lose, they need outrage material. Make a fuss about Biden ignoring the court.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what the republican court strategy should be?

I believe in compromise, but not surrender....say what you mean and mean what you say....show the people that you can and will do what you say you will do. Democrats are not afraid to sit down and refuse to budge and then spin it.....do the same....get better at the spin.

Obama's 2016 SCOTUS pick was stolen from him, as were dozens of lower court appointments during his administration - all blocked because of Republicans. Trump should not have been given the Scalia vacancy, or if he did, he should not have been given the Ginsburg vacancy for the same reason. The court is already packed with a Conservative and Catholic supermajority of lifetime appointments, putting our religious and freedom and bodily autonomy in jeopardy. Republicans didn't even consider impeachment hearings in the Senate - they blocked witnesses and immediately voted to ignore it.
So I don't want to hear Republicans complain now that Democrats have more legislative power.

That’s all gone now because the MSM and the Social Media platforms control the message. It no longer the people calling the shots.
How do you beat this?
At some point it defaults back to revolution.
