We demand answers from the Office of The President Elect! What a joke! Trump is so omnipresent, Biden had to create his own 'office' to gain relevance before being sworn in!

Office of the President Elect? While there is no such official government agency, there is historical precedent for the use of the term. Apparently, even Trump used it.
Most important, though, is that unless the incumbent concedes, there is no President Elect until congress counts the votes and any and all objections are debated and resolved, resulting in a candidate having at least 270 electoral votes. If that proves impossible, it will go to house delegations to resolve.
To your main point, though... yes, the people deserve answers from the presumptive President Elect.
Hard to say he's hiding anything. In his current state, complex thinking might be too difficult.
