Con Con Con Job Two

The original Constitutions were 12 States formed upon a very basic republican principle as people faced oppressive government aggressive overt and covert attacks from within America domestically and from without as foreign invaders attacked with overwhelming, over-ruling, immoral military forces, and sometimes well hidden, other times discovered, covert immoral forces.

Good, from the bottom up, against evil, from the top down; a familiar tune.

For a short time, between 1774 and 1789, good defensive forces won decidedly in the face of overwhelming, immoral, aggressive, destructive, criminal overt and covert forces.

One of the original Constitutions was a verbal defensive agreement of those people internal to that Independent State, it was not a written Constitution, but even that Constitution was based upon the same morally defensive republican principle at the core of republican principles accurately identifying the source of human judgment in the independent minds of individual human beings, hence the claim that a republic is of, by, and for the people as a whole, which is in direct, defensive, opposition to totalitarian government that is of exclusive interest to the majority, minority, faction, class, party, or other division of the whole into separate, and opposing, “Special Interests,” or even “National Interests.”

Division based upon immoral foundations, as a rule, cause increases in both aggressive fraud and aggressive violence, as the opposing immoral forces intend to consolidate each other into one monopoly of power and profit, where mankind is considered property to be consumed at the pleasure of those claiming that they alone determine the “National Interests.”

They, the Nationalist Party, have on numerous occasions, falsified vote counting processes, stacking juries, selecting biased jurors, rejecting unbiased jurors, censoring inculpatory and exculpatory evidence, over-ruling the jurisdiction of grand and trial juries, eliminating grand jury checks on abuse of power, bribing private prosecutors, extorting false criminal confessions (plea deals), over-ruling jury trials, over-turning trial jury judgments, assuming dictatorial authority over fact and law, and fixing election results. Nationalists, as a rule, over-rule the documented rule of the people by counterfeiting, infecting, and polluting common law jurisprudence.

A matter of fact, facts matter.

Individuals sharing the common special interest of defense of innocence against offensive guilt, constitute the morally defensive people, as a rule acknowledged by those people, according to accurately accounted for Natural Laws. Individual self-preservation agreed upon by all individuals agreeing to defend each other against the disagreeable injection of aggressive destructive forces hell-bent on enslaving everyone under the same despotic rulers, constitutes well-founded defensive government factually. Individual, independent, judgment, reasoned out individually, each arriving at the same logical conclusion, that the power of cooperation in defense can be a greater power in defense against the aggressive, enslaving, and murdering, attacker, or attackers, as attackers may agree to enslave and murder weaker people, for their exclusive benefit, at the expense of their targeted victims.

The source of human moral, reasonable, logical, and justifiable judgment, having been long ago identified within an independent, individual, human mind, or soul, or heart, led to the criminal efforts to steal hearts and minds, to take control over individual decision-making powers, and to replace those formerly independent minds and hearts, replacing moral defensive judgment with an obvious counterfeit, replacing good with evil. Immoral, invading aggressive assault, employing falsehood, or in legalese replacing defensive facts with offensive fraud, replacing defensive reasonable accurate accounting processes with aggressive violence, may be called many different names, and often are called confusing names, or contradictory names, including combinations of fraud and aggressive violence, such as the legal codified term from ancient English custom: extortion, or worse, treasonous fraud.

Due process of law, accurate accounting of the facts that matter in any case of controversy, moral, innocent, good, is replaced with immoral, guilty, subsidized slavery of everyone, including the so-called masters who are enslaved by their own choice to turn to evil. A bait and switch false consented to trade of many adaptive, competitive, local constitutions to choose from, founded on defense, with another one, a distant one, a monopoly one, one founded on treasonous fraud, a falsified story line, with dates published for public consumption, paid for by those who produce anything worth stealing, including children.

When mere individuals extort, it is mere extortion. The individual lone-criminal enslaves the victim by a combination of fraud, torture, horror, terror, assault and battery, often the individual will enslave the victim when the victim is innocent, young, impressionable, and can be groomed to a point at which the psychopath makes the child imprisoned in a basement begging for food, or protection from extreme cold, begging for a dignified place to eliminate waste, and begging for the opportunity to clean the body and mind when exposed to physical or mental filth imposed by the psychopathic human trafficking serial killer. Eventually, the overlord can force the slave to falsely love the one and only source of good things, a falsified monopoly, convincing the slave into falsely knowing that all that is needed to get good things from the one and only source, is to beg for mercy, to do whatever the one and only source of good things demands, whereby the true cost of receiving necessary things, in slavery, is blind obedience without question to an evil psychopath who finds slavery a worthy goal to pursue and achieve in torture chambers built for that specific purpose.

Gone is thereby the internal moral judgment of the individual, and in place is the new counterfeit judge imposing arbitrary and absolute control of the enslaved victim. Natural, self-protective, self-defensive, self-awareness of true accounts of threats to life, and all that is required to preserve life, with basic human reason, is beat out of, bribed from, and stolen from the once innocent targeted victim, as the slave is made to beg and beg over a long period of time, begging for basic human necessities provided from the one and only source of those basic human necessities, turning a powerfully self-defensive individual into a powerless beggar giving all the individual once had to offer the rest of mankind, giving all natural-born adaptive and competitive good things, from a valuable unique individual and free person, to the single overlord who stole the individual heart and mind of the former independent and naturally moral individual.

Worse, the slave may be made into a slave minded, false and aggressive heart grown from infancy into adulthood, internally, having falsehood and aggression routinely beat into the former innocent victim, as new, younger, innocent, weaker slaves are introduced into the dungeon, hidden away from any potential defenders of the innocent, hidden by treasonous fraud dogma, or hidden by reinforced concrete walls and tons of earth, as the former innocent slave turns into a sociopath hell-bent on enslaving the newly introduced next victim, often the first victim's own baby.

The original American defenders called themselves republican minded independent people, as they defended independence from dependence, during the lead-up to the first Con Con Con Job which occurred along a timeline from 1787 to 1789, after 13 republics had formed, after defending against British Criminal Military Aggression, and after having constituted a Federal Constitution known as The Articles of Confederation, with an official published date of March 1, 1781. Federation Day, March 1, 1781, forgotten or sent down the memory hole to ensure that the new generations of slaves to Nationalism are weak and defenseless, providing opportunity for new generations of Nationalists to enslave each new generation. 

Those who now command the product of the first Con Con Con Job prefer that Americans are not made aware of those events leading to the second Constitution published as the National Constitution which Consolidated all the former Independent States into one Nation-State, with the official published date for that second, National, Constitution appearing to be ambiguously documented, according to Majority Rules Consolidating Monopoly Nationalist Dogma.

Why are those in power still claiming that the Nationalists were the Federalists, and those against the Nationalists were the Anti-Federalists?

Are the same types of people today, who want a second Con Con, Nationalists too?

Do modern Nationalists know the true meaning of Nationalism, a counterfeit for Federalism and Voluntary Association for Mutual Defense?

The old Nationalist Constitution still has those pesky Bill of Rights attached after all the efforts to get rid of the power of the people to hold those in Nationalist government to account for Totalitarian rule, for Christ's sake those same republican people still think they are independent on some deep moral level inside of them.

How dare they.

Have the people of America been completely separated from republican principles such as federal voluntary association for mutual defense of all innocent people against enslavement by treasonous frauds hell-bent upon covering up any evidence leading people back to republican principles such as federal voluntary association for mutual defense under common laws that recognize the lawful justification of empowering each individual upon a foundation of equal footing at law?

Each with legal prerogatives once monopolized by exclusive Totalitarian Kings?

Each now on an equal footing at law?

Is it merely coincidental that the result of the first Con Con Con Job was to take out common law due process? Is it coincidental that Nationalists took out individual access to law on an equal footing in common law counties, and replaced common law due process with Summary Justice Equity and Admiralty National Debt Collection Agencies in National Jurisdiction Districts, to ensure National Tax payments are summarily extorted from every individual in the New Nation which started some time between 1787 and 1790, after the Federal Period from 1774 to 1789 under the Articles of Confederation and each competitive State Constitutions, many with Bills of RIghts of their own design local to those people in those independent States, all republican in principle?

Of, by, and for the people replaced with of, by, and for the Treasonous Frauds by accident coincidentally on purpose?

Is it coincidental that in 1788 a slave employed republican principles with what then existed as American common law, in a State run by a government loyal to British National Interests? Is it coincidental that an independent-minded soul freed herself from slavery thereby, in America, and then, coincidentally, after the second Constitution was voted into force by Majority Rules, that ability for slaves to free themselves by common law due process as it was then exemplified in that one precedent, was stolen from all the people, and instead of independent access to rule of law, the common law, with trial by jury, the New Nation Leaders made a deal to Subsidize African Slavery for 20 years, funding their human trafficking markets by making all Americans pay National Tax to keep slavery profitable for the masters at the expense of the slaves?

True Bills from independent grand juries protecting everyone from Totalitarian rule replaced with the Bill charging the cost of maintaining Human Trafficking to all Americans, now making all Americans complicit in execrable commerce.

Coincidence?

14th of October, 1774
"On the same day, Congress unanimously resolved, “that the respective colonies are entitled to the common law of England, and more especially to the great and inestimable privilege of being tried by their peers of the vicinage according to the course of that law.” They further resolved, “that they were entitled to the benefit of such of the English statutes as existed at the time of their colonization, and which they have, by experience, respectively found to be applicable to their several and local circumstances.” They also resolved, that their ancestors, at the time of their immigration, were “entitled to all the rights, liberties, and immunities, of free and natural-born subjects within the realms of England.”

On the 20th day of October 1774
“This agreement contained a clause to discontinue the slave trade, and a provision not to import East India tea from any part of the world. In the article respecting non-exportations, the sending of rice to Europe was excepted."

On the 1st of April, 1775
"On this occasion, the importation of slaves was expressly prohibited."

"The clause, too, reprobating the enslaving the inhabitants of Africa, was struck out in complaisance to South Carolina and Georgia, who had never attempted to restrain the importation of slaves, and who, on the contrary, still wished to continue it. Our northern brethren also, I believe felt a little tender under those censures; for, though their people had very few slaves themselves, yet they had been pretty considerable carriers of them to others."

Coincidence according to Nationalists who want another Con Con for reasons that sound reasonable so long as no one looks behind the curtain. Is that coincidence or is there more evidence behind curtain number 1, the real story about the first Constitution, The Articles of Confederation, March 1, 1781, then made into a Nation-State version of Treasonous Fraud sometime after 1787 and that First Con Con Con Job?
