The Thought Experiment Restated:

Had the people been able to defend their common law due process, with independent accusers (private, not government accusers), independent prosecutors (private not government), independent grand jurors (working for private accusers in civil cases, or working for The Public in criminal cases, not working for The Government Legal Fiction), and independent Trial Jurors whose power includes judgment and sentence, and at whose request help from someone in The Government ought to be considered – had the people defended their means of defense – in 1789, what would America have looked like, and what would America look like today, given that The People defended their defensive due process of law?

So far the evidence shows that African Slavery would have ended as The People defended each other, as proven in the example case where a jury in a trial ACKNOWLEDGED the fact that slavery is a crime, so the victim freed herself using the defensive due process of law POWER.

The Thought Experiment includes the trials and tribulations inherent in the crime spree knowable as Central Banking Fraud, or Treasonous Counterfeiting, Treasonous Embezzlement, and Treasonous Money Laundering.

The evidence shows that trial by jury has been preserved sufficient to document the facts that matter in the case of Central Banking Fraud, proving beyond reasonable doubt, that the criminal Central Banking Frauds have gotten away with their means (fraud) and their ends (enslavement of America) in at least one example Court of Law case, despite the provable fact that the example case did not follow the true course of due process of law, since the case was delayed far too long (not speedy, and not expedient enough to save anyone from the extensive injuries done to them by the Central Banking Fraud and their accomplices), and the perpetrators were never prosecuted, and the perpetrators roam free today, or the next generation of perpetrators have inherited the Central Banking Fraud with the power to avoid prosecution secured behind counterfeit “courts” of Fraudulent Debt Collection.

By funding national debt, Hamilton envisioned the Congress setting aside a portion of tax revenues to pay each year's interest without an annual appropriation. Debt, as Hamilton himself noted, must be paid or credit is ruined. High levels of taxation, Republicans prognosticated, would be necessary just to pay the interest on the perpetual debt. Believing that this tax burden would fall on the yeoman farmers and eventually rise to European levels, Republicans opposed Hamilton's debt program.

"To help pay the interest on the debt, Hamilton convinced the Congress to pass an excise on whiskey. In Federalist N. 12, Hamilton noted that because "[t]he genius of the people will ill brook the inquisitive and peremptory spirit of excise law," such taxes would be little used by the national government. In power, the Secretary of the Treasury soon changed his mind and the tax on the production of whiskey rankled Americans living on the frontier. Cash was scarce in the West and the Frontiersmen used whiskey as an item of barter."

In this Thought Experiment it is plainly obvious, self-evident, that had the American Public, in every independent county, every independent state, in every state in the Voluntary Federation of Independent States, maintained their means of defending their life, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness, they, or we (past), would have ended African Slavery at or before 1789, saving millions of lives ruined by that “subsidized” crime spree, and The People could have easily ended Central Banking Fraud, which is the MEANS by which Perpetual War for Perpetual Power and Profits is FUNDED.

In this Thought Experiment it is therefore plainly obvious, self-evident, that having retained the POWER to defend due process of law, the common law with trial by jury, The People (which includes Indians) would have avoided the attempted Extermination and the Extermination of Indian populations as Indians would be well represented, in their own defense, in Trial by Jury.

1. End African Slavery sooner rather than much too late, people defend themselves with due process of law.

2. End Central Banking Fraud and therefore ending the flow of FUNDS into the Aggressive War Machine, people defend themselves with due process of law.

3. End Indian Genocide, people defend themselves with due process of law.

4. Court cases that did not defend people are not recorded on the official record of court cases, because people were stripped of their means to defend themselves, with few exceptions, therefore the few exceptions matter much more than they ought to matter. Had the people defended their means of defense (due process of law), the people would have ended the power transfer before the criminals were able to gain their current powers, and each step of the way, each fraudulent tax payment, each fraudulent money creation, each victim enslaved, each victim tortured into submission, each victim lured into joining the Cabal (paid out of the FUND, the stolen loot), each victim murdered, exterminated, including whole races of people, each victim experimented on, each target population destroyed in each Aggressive War, each misled military sacrificed for the Power and Profit of the highest members of the Cabal, would not have transferred that power, each time, along the way, as the currency of economic, political, military, social, legal, lawful, moral, spiritual, POWER flows from the consumed victims to the all consuming criminal gang. The people would make themselves stronger by the day, and the criminal cabal would not be fed, crime would not pay, and future criminals would have no choice but to earn their way in liberty JUST like everyone else when the people retain their means of defense.
