Standing schmanding, if not for a clearly authorized judge, anyone could conspire with anyone to perpetrate any conspiracy theory, any false accusation, even the Russians falsely accusing Election fraud, so no, Standing must be authorized by one of our appointed judges, unless they are not one of ours, of course.
