Part of the whole caravan problem is that Mexico is allowing the invaders free passage

The alternative to a border country expediting an invasion isn't mearly stopping some fund transfers, it's military action

So far Mexico hasn't gone that far but this is a reaccurring problem they are causing by their allowing the passage of the caravans
