I'm not sure why anyone thought that changing a date number on the Gregorian Calendar was going to magically make everything better. Event chains don't work that way. When we let weeds grow and produce seeds, we will have more weeds each spring until all of those seeds have germinated and been exterminated. Our inaction and bad actions will have long-term consequences requiring counteraction. Calendars mean nothing in the real world.

i hope and pray thing don't get out of control
It only gets better when every sane American grows a pair, and stands up to recall every Governor locking us down. That will be the big STOP sign for ALL of the nonsense.
