I believe the greatest personal resources we have are curiosity and attention. Personal areas of study: theology, philosophy, psychology, dramatic arts, exercise science, kinesiology, biology, physics, molecular biology, data science. Philosophical influences: catholicism, christianity, buddhism, taoism, hinduism, skepticism, atheism, panism, martial arts.

The island, the marble, and the mirror are the 3 philosophies that have continued to tumble over in my mind. In turn, I continue to tumble over them.
