What this appears to be boiling down to is whether it’s fraud to accept the ‘free market’ value of property over the government's Tax Assessors taxable assessment value?
Put another way, check your latest tax statement for the taxable value of your personal home and see if you agree with that being its actual value – free market value. This is basically what’s being termed fraud by these political democrat haters of President Trump.
PS1. if you agree with the taxable value of your home being its market value many people would like to purchase it from you – right away!
PS2. I could understand government having the last word as to the value of a person’s property in a communist country, but that’s not what we are yet,,, are we?
PS3. There’s a mountain of other preclusion to democrat’s litigious attack on President Trump, but this seem to be the easiest for you to verify for yourself.
