HOW CAN ANYONE BE GUILTY OF INSURRECTION IF NEVER CHARGED WITH INSURRECTION????

It is ludicrous to charge someone for demonstrating in demonstration “B” simply because they participated in a prior demonstration “A” held somewhere else.

And to my knowledge, neither demonstration “A” or “B “ has been adjudicated anything other than a demonstration as provided for by the 1st Amendment to our United States Constitution?

In addition the Indictment of President Trump {and he was still President?}. Is for actions during a time period he was still President – was he not? So how do you charge a President for participating in “insurrection” against himself?

I mean, I’ve not heard of any Declaratory Judgment that the January 6th 2021 demonstration was an “insurrection” – have you? There’s a huge difference between trespassing and “insurrection.”

And was not President Trump’s admonishment to the demonstrators at demonstration “A” to demonstrate peaceably at demonstration “B”? Or is that just one more lie by omission for the electorate to overlook as though it hasn’t happened?
