In short, the short The United States of America is, or at least was, A FEDERATED REPUBLIC of STATES – A UNION OF INDIVIDUAL STATES.

Socialism, on the other hand, is identified by Centralized Planning by Centralized Power and Control – just as ALL tyrannical governments are.

The United States was/is a Republic not a democracy. The founding fathers saw democracy as just another form of tyranny - as it truly is. This is why there’s so much consternation by democrats at the rise of populism both here and around the world – they being the democratic supercilious elites that have forsaken the interests of the average person, No matter how affluent a persons is or becomes, when they’ve lost their appeal to the average citizen they’ve become the democrat problem not the populist cure.
