21.09.16.2300Th LIMITED FEDERAL FUNDING OF STATES BY CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT?
Federal funds provided to each state must be commiserate to the amount paid to the federal government by that same state. No state can receive more federal funding than the documented amount that same state has paid out with the one exception of NATURAL disaster funding.
There are states, such as New Hampshire, that pay more out to the federal government than they receive in return. While there are ideologically mismanaged states intent on collecting more funding than they deserve at the expense of other well managed solvent states. This is far from being an equitable arrangement & certainly not fair to the frugal well managed states.
By such an amendment to the Constitution of the United States the union can prevail in spite of ideologies foreign to the American ethos of liberty for all as it was initially founded.
The purposes of this motion is to separate financially ideologically diverse states while attempting to maintain the current union for mutual defense and mutually beneficial endeavors WITHOUT RECRIMINATION!
