Next panic.

Communication is an important thing in today's society and has been throughout history. The Gutenberg press was the beginning of being able to communicate broadly. Focus shifted from your little community or city to around the kingdom and beyond. The printed word became important in disseminating information and news from afar. Paper was important. It was the means to distribute all the information that flooded the communities.

Many powerful people at the time did not like general populace knowing what was occurring in other areas. The information may have been damaging to their position or status. People criticizing the church and splintering off into different sects? Not accepting the infallibility of the Pope? The printing press spread heresy around the continent and information must be controlled. Which they unsuccessfully tried to do.

Today we have the internet and we're in the very same situation. Information from around the world is at our fingertips and its dissemination must be controlled. We cannot have people criticizing our governments, our leaders, the elite. The masses, who are less important, can't know about our disdain for them. The deplorables. They can't know our plans to "save the planet".

The elite of yesteryear, as much as they tried, could not stop the printing presses or learning to read.
Our danger today is much greater. They are already trying to keep us from communicating. Don't assemble. Social distance. Quarantine. Allow information only favorable to the official narrative.

How many small businesses are gone? Is the supply chain holding? We don't know. But we do still have the internet. That's the scary thing. It depends upon all of us having access to energy. Is it possible that the power grid can be lost? Can it be deliberately shut down and blamed on an EMP event or could an enemy of the west destroy the supply. Those first two questions would not be all that we need to ask. We would know hardly anything. Is there an infrastructure being built today to accommodate the elite? Where they can bypass the main power grid. A standby system so they can stay in communication and implement their plan where before we know it our lives are impoverished and we face starvation?

I don't know. I don't like it. It's like America being dependent upon foreign countries for its energy and products. They can be cut off at anytime. The planet is dependent upon information from everywhere and the source of that information seems to be in the cruel hands of those who think they can "save the planet". But there will be a heavy price to pay.

Without the internet how are we going to communicate, organize, know where the threats are coming from, where our allegiances lie. Our elected officials are not representing us. We should know our elections do not give us representation in the affairs of our communities, our states or our nations. They are too busy "saving the planet". They show us pictures of how we are destroying it, They engineer our communities to be "sustainable" which is essentially reducing our consumption and our mobility. We can all live with much less like third world countries. If we don't the resources of the planet will be exhausted. They lie to us to accomplish this. Some nations have woken up to this. Hungary, for instance.

Soon they will not be lying. They won't need to because we will be in the dark.

This is a scenario that is possible, one I hate to think probable, but we must demand representation from our politicians. They are not currently our leaders. They are a cabal of elitists telling us we are worthless and disposable - especially if we do not do their bidding. The big problem is that many people agree with this "save the planet", globalist mentality. These are people haters. The Malthusians. The ones who frown at you if you say you have more than one child. The Karens telling you to restrain yourself and how you too should be concerned about the planet. That's the narrative. The truth is that the globalist elites forward the narrative that the planet needs saving from ourselves. They are the Malthusians, the people haters, the depopulation proponents and the quicker the better. They have convinced too many sheeple. The truth is that these ideas have been pervasive in the world for centuries but only with our modern communication methods have they been able to be disseminated so widely and convincingly.

The globalists do not represent the people or we would be devising methods to sustain ourselves without devastating our population. They can't see that though. It's impossible besides most of these people are imbeciles, the deplorables, the smelly Walmart shoppers. How many fit in their consideration of the ignorant masses. It isn't just the deplorables and Walmart shoppers. The "masses" includes about 8 billion people. Are there any politicians that will represent the masses when most of them are convinced of the necessity to represent, not the people, but the planet.
