I see all these people who for the last year advocated for lockdowns because we have to save lives now saying how they just want to go to concerts and be with friends and family. thats fine, but remember when i said all of that same shit over the course of the last year and that made me a murderer. aside from their being a vaccine there hasn’t really been any change. the virus is still just as deadly and transmissible as ever and our leaders at the top are still trying to advocate for preventive measures despite the vaccine so clearly the virus is still a threat so does that make the rest of society heartless murderers now too?

The new variants are even more deadly and transmissible, and it’s still not known to what degree the vaccine impedes transmission even though it keeps you from getting seriously ill. It’s way too early to start relaxing precautions.

my apologies, yes more transmissible, absolutely. Deadlier, if only because the more people who have it the more deaths we will see. from everything I’ve seen come out about it though in regards to who it effects most it has changed very little therefor the same people are most at risk and are the ones who need to be concerned. the people who seem to fight it off the best still do not need to panic like it’s the plague and upend life over it

Panic is never advisable.
If people were dying in the streets, and if transmission rates were 60%, and death was 30%, THAT to me would be a severe emergency requiring strict measures.
Still, not lockdowns, unless warranted.
I'd focus funds on CURES. They could do it but few would need it.
So, this is a money hoax that destroys livelihoods.

yeah that’s where ive bern. at the beginning sure take it as seriously as possible because at that point it very well could have been the next plague but it’s definitely not that, not even close.
