It may take about 999,999,999 units of power to fix this. We can be toddlers and hope for Superman to save us, or we could join in and add our 1 individual unit of power to the collective and early beat the minority who a causing all of this. You know China a behind this, there will be no reasoning. You know Trump is not going to save you, you know you've got to save yourself. Realize it before you don't have that option anymore. We may have past the point where sealing up was enough. But it gets harder every day. So you better grow some balls already.

Yes. I totally am. Same MO, evidence of influence. At the very least, they are supporting and partially financing it. I mean, at the very least communism is at the core of this. How could it not?
