What's going on in Tennessee?

First, a school district tries to prevent parents from monitoring their kids' virtual classrooms in case they figure out what kind of bullshit indoctrination is really going on. Now, they want to interrogate kids, monthly, in their homes, without parents present. They're calling these "well-being checks," to make sure parents are properly caring for their children. And if they determine otherwise, what then. Do they get to take them from their home?

This is a whole degree of magnitude up from CPS monitoring, which, in theory, is triggered by a report based on tangible evidence (i.e. doctor or teacher observation.)This program would remove parental rights and deed parental sovereignty to the state.

Well, from what I've seen, everybody else better pay attention because the program was in part based on federal covid relief assistance to the States. TN parents apparently went batshit and punted it back to the Dept. of Ed. If it's only here in TN that the story broke open, well, 49 other States are at risk, too.

Indeed, what the fuck is going on in Tennessee? If the parents don't consent, insist that they be present when the child is questioned, or the government lackies don't like the cut of their jib, they going to take the childrent away? Put them in foster care where the children will disappear, and be sold into sexual slavery, or be abused by their new caregivers? Could be the conspiracy nutter in me, but with all these child trafficking arrests, and children being found, sounds like the powers that be need to restock somehow. Or, is that just a little too dark?
