got news for you - Bernie was obviously "bought" in this years primaries. Furthermore I will just say if you think Bernies brand of "democratic socialism" is such a good idea then try living in Cuba or Venezuela for a few years - then come back and tell us who wonderful it was.
@iThink Bernie wouldn't have gotten Democratic Socialism passed. They don't want THAT. They want globalism and one world government with a low universal income to shut us all up. What Bernie would have done, just as what Trump is now doing is slow the progress.
@ThomasinaPaine Bernie and really the dems in general would have done it without any reasonable cause to do so. Trumps administration is doing it because of the damage done to our economy by the covid hoax. Sort of like Obama did it in response to the collapse of the banking system in 2009
Well he certainly can't write his own speech, I mean he's got to have somebody to tell him what to think.

just a point of truth - very few - almost zero - none - nada professional politicians beginning with major city Mayors, State and Federal legislators, POTUS especially write their own speeches. They ALL have highly paid and skilled PR people who compose their speeches. Not even the late great JFK wrote his own speeches - his speech writer was Ted Sorensen.

True that. I once knew a guy very well and all he did was write speeches for politicians.
I was very amazed when he explained to me that no politician write their own speeches.
The funniest case ever I saw was when one of our famous politicians said half way through a very fiery speech: “turn page”... haha..he was so intent on reading the speech he never saw before, he read the instructions!
