The radical left are telling George Floyd's story but why can't we hear Derek Chauvin's side of things?
I think there is FAR more to this than what was caught on camera (don't think people should film the police really)
Maybe if we share this far and wide we can get Derek Chauvin on the Joe Rogan shoe or with Sam Harris to explain his side of things? I think the bias has gone too far and anyone who believes in civilisation will agree we need to hear this mans thoughts!

I hope we get to learn more about Chavin - I think it's likely he's a good man that's being maligned.
After the white cop is convicted or cleared which of the rioting blacks are going to prison for arson, attempted murder, battery on police officers?? Oh wait...it's only the white men that are going to pay. If blacks want to know why all the racism they need to look at the videos we look at and see a bunch of wild animals. It's not about this man being murdered, its about a reason to riot..steal and burn down a city block.

The idea that it was intentional is irrational. There is a reason the KKK wore a hood to conceal their face. Apparently no logic need apply if you are ideologically possessed.
Racism is no different than any other charge, the presumption of innocent cannot be violated in a free society. It is a principal that doesn't just protect the accused but the entire social order, especially where there are large numbers of disadvantaged citizens.
The police cannot function without profiling. In China they are experimenting with social credit which is a form of profiling. The Chinese also heavily discriminate against minorities. The point is that you can have a theoretically fair system and still be the worst kind of racist. If young black males are committing most of the crimes in a given area it makes no sense to for the police not to focus on that demographic. If resources were unlimited it could be otherwise.
Racism is a real problem but integration doesn't just apply to positive steps such as equal schools and job opportunities it must include integration into the necessarily harsh realities of policing. "We don't hang horse thieves to punish the horse thief but so other people don't steal horses".
Ironically punishment in tribal societies is swift and severe. It works because there is no anonymity. In a complex society the criminals hide in the crowd. A situation that makes policing frustrating. Both the police and the citizens need to be educated on why our principle of innocent until proven guilty is superior to the route the Chinese have taken.
One of the cost of freedom is less security. Like it is with most things the cost of freedom is not equally distributed and the greatest burden falls on the poor. The crime problem will not be solved until people like Nancy Pelosi live with the people they represent and share the burden of a free society.

I agree completely there is much more to this story, and I'm sure it will emerge in the coming weeks. Personally, I want to know if an officer, who had assistance available, basically suffocated someone for 4 minutes. That's the story we're being told, anyway, and if it's true, I don't know how you justify that. We'll see, though....
As for Chauvin, going public with his version of things would be a huge mistake. No way in hell his legal team would go for that.
