The Haystack of Lies:

In the vast library of legal scholarship are useful things like pins in a haystack of lies.

In the past efforts published into this Group Voluntary Mutual Defense are examples of those pins of useful messages and examples of exactly what constitutes the stinking, rotting, putrid, pile of falsehoods: The Haystack of Lies.

For this present effort I would like to create a message that not only rings true, but is useful too.

Take any example of any treasonous infringement in the past, perpetrated by a treasonous criminal in government, and then see how the simple process of law works to take down that criminal, if only we as a people decide to do so, peacefully, rightfully, righteously, morally, efficiently, expediently, and relatively cost free compared to the alternative, which is not simply to do nothing because failure to defend against these criminals becomes, over time, a huge cost born by everyone including the criminals themselves as the criminals dig their way inexorably into their own hell.

In the past I have linked a Lecture on Shays Rebellion, which was a failed effort to use the law, in a State where the law had already been counterfeited, corrupted, and used as a tool to exploit and consume individual targets, and clearly in the shadows was the usual suspects, slave traders, warmongers, and central banking frauds. The problem with Shays Rebellion is the same problem we face as a people today, not just in your family, church, town, corporation, city, county, state, federation, federation of states, but the same problem is born by everyone on this planet, even those remaining societies currently being burned out (alive) in remote jungles, deserts, and forests: tribes almost untouched by so-called “civilization” up until now.

The problem is a transfer of power from those who can make (and will make in liberty) anything worth stealing, which is anything that increases the overall standard of living while reducing the overall cost of living. The problem is that transfer of power from those who produce anything worth stealing to those who steal it with a routine process involving what I call Central Banking Fraud.

Those against corruption in Massachusetts (Shays Rebellion) were up against a corrupt, criminal, treasonous power that had already usurped the common law court system, leaving the victims powerless in their own minds. Had they reinvigorated the common law court system they may have avoided the turn to violence and the inevitable defeat at the hands of the criminals running the criminal Massachusetts government. Furthermore, it would have been a prime opportunity for those people working jobs at the Federal government (it was federal at this time, previous to 1789) to step in and assert Federal Authority, to return Massachusetts to rule of law, or to expel the State from the Union on the grounds that it was no longer a Republic, and no longer fit to belong in a Federation of Republics under the common law.

The lesson worth learning in the case of the failed Last Battle of the American Revolution in Massachusetts is the fact that runaway slaves, such as those who fought on the side of Liberty in Massachusetts, ran to Vermont to find sanctuary, safety, freedom, and liberty, and probably a lot of hard work to rebuild their lives. The evidence of this is clear, in previous efforts to publish data, so anyone can do their own work to follow those bread crumbs, but for now the effort is to pick this example apart to see which steps ought to have been taken in Massachusetts. The idea then is to use that process which ought to work simply then, and ought to work as simply now, as a pin found and used amid the Haystack of Lies.

Because it is simple, it should be short, and perhaps this present effort will be short enough to fit in the space of one comment allowed on Facebook; perhaps not.

Any victim or representative of any victim having clear and present actionable evidence which are facts that matter in the case where a criminal, by name, is currently perpetrating a treasonous crime, such as Central Banking Fraud, would find an independent grand juror, from the pool of grand jurors in the county where the crime is the crime scene, and the evidence is transferred (a transfer of power) to that grand juror.
