Unfortunately the way slug works you can't pin these, but maybe you could create a group that people could subscribe to with only one article. People post ideas in the comments and you edit the main article accordingly.
Similar webpage: boycott list.
These type of things probably exist somewhere so the first step is looking for similar.

@afterthought I agree also unfortunate but did the site I put there it looked to me like they might not do shipping which sucks because id love to help her out by ordering her coffee. There is Black Rifle Coffee which does ship.
